By using this website or contacting us through it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.

3. Using this website

You may use this website to learn about MotorXcel and contact us. Please do not misuse the site, try to disrupt it, copy it in bulk, or submit false information.

Website content is general information only. We work to keep it accurate, but it may contain errors or be out of date.

5. Vehicle listings

Vehicle sales at MotorXcel are coming soon. Vehicles shown on this website, including on the inventory pages, are samples for a website preview and are not for sale. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell a vehicle, a promise that any vehicle is available, or an offer of credit or financing. Prices, photos, mileage, and details are not guaranteed and are subject to change without notice.

6. Service and repairs

Auto service and repairs are covered by the MotorXcel Auto Repair Terms of Service at www.motorxcelservice.com, including appointment requests, estimates, payment, and warranty.

7. TikTok integration

MotorXcel connects its own TikTok account to internal tools so we can read our account’s profile, follower, and video stats and upload video drafts to our own account. This integration is for MotorXcel’s use only. Use of TikTok is also governed by TikTok’s Terms of Service. How we handle TikTok data, and how to disconnect or request deletion, is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Third-party links and services

This website links to and uses third-party services, such as Google (maps and analytics), Cloudflare (hosting), TikTok, scheduling or automation services (such as Buffer or Zapier), accounting, and payments. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Privacy and text messages

How we collect and use personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Text messages from MotorXcel are optional and are covered by our SMS Terms.

10. Disclaimers

This website and its content are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that the website is always available, complete, or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, MotorXcel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under Maryland law.
